Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • The returned product must be in its original condition, with all labels and tags intact.
  • The product must be unused.

How to Return

  • Provide the following details: Name, Order Number, and Pickup Address.

Shipping and Return Charges

  • Shipping charges are applicable based on the region or city.
  • Charges apply for both delivery and pickup.

Refund Policy

  • Once the details are shared via WhatsApp or email, a pickup request will be initiated.
  • After the product is received and passes quality checks, the refund will be processed.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped.
